Our care for raw materials and our selection of the best cattle ensure our product achieves excellence. After selling their dairy herd approximately six years ago, they introduced Rubia Galega, Frisona, and Cachena breeds of cows for calf breeding. Their model is based on traditional Galician breeding with pastures and forage. They are not a large company, but they stand out for the care they take in selecting and treating their cattle.
