Since 1940, Conservas Hoya has been synonymous with a passion for tradition and the sea in Santoña, Cantabria. Born from a family legacy, created by the grandparents of three generations dedicated to the sea, Hoya maintains its artisanal essence intact, standing out for its meticulous production of preserves, such as its acclaimed anchovy fillets and Bonito del Norte. Each product is the result of a rigorous selection of the finest raw materials and a production process meticulously cared for, reflecting more than 80 years of experience.
