The seed of our project began with the courage and enthusiasm of our founder, Ceferino Trabadelo, who began selecting world-class red meats with the aim of marketing them to prestigious steakhouses and restaurants. With this underlying philosophy, his sons, Tomàs and Javier, continue to develop their own ideas and innovative concepts. We have always held in high regard those farms managed by small producers who practice responsible and sustainable management under controlled parameters geared toward animal welfare and environmental sustainability in rural areas. Our motto has always been perfection, and if this doesn't exist in essence, the search continues to achieve the best of what is good.
