Abrasador ham is like no other. It comes from pigs from the Del campo a la parrilla farm, pigs raised freely in the countryside, cured in Guijuelo, the birthplace of the Iberian ham. And delivered directly to your table, with every step carefully controlled.
The sliced ham has fine veins of fat, giving it great juiciness and a fine texture. The fat, one of the great secrets of Abrasador ham, is highly aromatic and so fluid that it melts in the mouth, flooding the palate with an incomparable flavor, full of nuances, intense, and long-lasting.
The fat in Abrasador Ham has a high percentage of monounsaturated fatty acids, especially oleic acid, similar to those found in olive oil, and therefore helps maintain healthy blood cholesterol levels. It is also rich in protein, making it a completely healthy food.
