BEEF ENTRECOTE
Beef entrecote is characterized by its infiltrated yellow fat, which gives the meat an intense and prolonged flavor.
It is distributed vacuum-packed in trays of 4-5 pieces, which allows for safer transport and maintains its condition. The entrecotes come from cuts of beef that have been aged for more than 20 days.
