Gran Reserva Cheese

This artisan cheese, with the Manchego Designation of Origin, is made from raw Manchego sheep's milk. Its natural rind is formed by the cheese itself. Thanks to the personalized treatment, which involves each cheese passing through the artisan's hands at least ten times, and its minimum nine-month aging period, production is limited, making it a gourmet cheese.

All our cheeses are made without egg-derived lysozyme and are lactose-free.

In November 2012, Dehesa de Los Llanos Gran Reserva cheese was named Best Cheese in the World at the prestigious World Cheese Awards, the most prestigious international competition in the sector, where it competed with more than 2,700 cheeses from around the world and was evaluated by 255 judges.
