- Milk : Pasteurized sheep's milk. Own farm.
- Maturation : Soft cheese with a minimum maturation of 3 months.
- Origin : Cuenca (Spain)
- Intensity : Soft - Medium.
- Rind : Edible natural rind. Highly recommended to eat to enjoy the full texture and flavor of the cheese.
- Storage : Keep refrigerated between 4º and 8º. Once opened, wrap in cling film.
- Shipping format : Vacuum-packed cheese wedge.
