Creamy Cañarejal Cheese
Cremoso Cañarejal cheese is a hand-pressed raw sheep's milk cheese with vegetable thistle rennet. A very special cheese, Ferrán Adriá described it as "like cotton candy with a sheep and cherry flavor," and the New York Times stated that this cheese "destroys the supremacy of French cheeses."

- Maturation : Creamy cheese with a minimum of 20 days of maturation.
- Origin : Chickens, Valladolid (Spain)
- Intensity : Very Soft | Soft | Medium | High | Very High
- Bark : Edible natural bark.
- Storage : Keep refrigerated between 2º and 4ºC. Once opened, cover with the cheese lid.
- Recommended consumption temperature: 20ºC
