Excellent stone-aged beef. This meat is characterized by its infiltrated fat, which gives it an intense and lingering flavor.
The meat is prepared in trays, which are vacuum-packed for better preservation and safer transport. The meat is cut into steaks in the trays, ready to be cooked either on the stone or in a pan. Our stone-aged beef comes from cuts that have been aged for more than 20 days, thus achieving its high quality. Our calves have been raised free-range, using traditional methods to achieve a healthy and juicy product.
It's advisable to remove the fat from the sides of the ribeye steak and the bone. Although it's not essential, this way you'll reduce your fat intake with this dish.
The final price of the product will depend on the number of kilos purchased.
