Camerano DOP Cured Cheese

Camerano DOP Cured Cheese is made with milk from goats belonging to the Camerano DOP. It follows a historical traditional recipe and always uses goat rennet.

Cured and matured goat cheese from the Los Cameros cheese factory in Haro, La Rioja. Very limited production.

The development of ripening molds and rubbing with olive oil give it the perfect bouquet, as well as a rind with the typical colors of natural ripening.

Goat

  • Milk : Pasteurized goat's milk. Farms in La Rioja, belonging to the Camerano Cheese PDO.
  • Maturation : Cured cheese with a minimum maturation of 75 days.
  • Origin : La Rioja (Spain)
  • Intensity : Very Soft | Soft | Medium | High | Very High
  • Bark : Edible natural rind. Highly recommended for eating with its rind, which has been periodically soaked in La Rioja olive oil.
  • Storage : Keep refrigerated between 4º and 8º. Once opened, wrap in cling film.
  • Shipping format : Vacuum-packed half cheese.
