Soft Blue Cheesecake
La Aldeana's soft blue cheesecake is a creamy and very smooth cheese but with the intense touch characteristic of blue cheeses, given by Penicillium Roqueforti.
Due to its double-cream nature, this cheese spreads easily and also melts well. This blue cheese has a mild flavor, is creamy, not spicy, and is less salty than other blue cheeses.
- Milk : PASTEURIZED cow's milk.
- Maturation : Hard cheese with a minimum maturation of 2 months.

- Rind : Edible rind. Once the papery covering is removed, the rind is highly recommended for eating, as it adds flavor and texture, melting into the pasta itself.
- Storage : Keep refrigerated between 2º and 4º. Once opened, wrap in baking paper.
- Shipping format : Vacuum-packed cheese wedge.

- White crust, creamy and melting paste, makes it a perfect combination with pasta, pizza, or directly on toast.
- Paper covering imitating fig leaves. Formerly, it was made from fig leaves themselves.
