How to make steak tartare
Finely chop the capers, anchovies, gherkins, and onion. Mix these ingredients together with mustard, Perrins, and sriracha (depending on how spicy you like them) in a bowl.
Add the meat and mix everything well again until you get a homogeneous mixture.
If you want to give it a super professional touch, it's important to chill it for 3 minutes in the freezer, or you can place the bowl on a larger container with ice and water to cool it while you work with the mixture.
Plate with a round mold and complete the plating with Sriracha mayonnaise and toasted bread ( mayonnaise contains egg and bread contains gluten )
